Terms of service

Last updated · April 18, 2026

Short version: LinkHQ is invite-only and currently free for a small cohort of DTC brands. Use it in good faith, don't point it at anything malicious or illegal, and we'll do our best to keep it running.

The service

LinkHQ is a link-routing and click-analytics platform. Access is invite-only during v1. There is no fee during this period. Nothing on this page commits us to a specific uptime, feature set, or future pricing.

Acceptable use

You may use LinkHQ to route traffic from paid ads or your own channels into Amazon product pages. You may not use LinkHQ to:

  • Host phishing, malware, or scam destinations
  • Obscure the final destination of a link for deceptive purposes
  • Run automated click-generation against your own or anyone else's links
  • Circumvent advertising-platform policies (Amazon's, Meta's, TikTok's, etc.)
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract data belonging to another organization

We'll remove links and, if needed, terminate accounts violating these rules. In the case of clear legal violations, we may preserve and share records with law enforcement.

Your content, your data

You retain ownership of the links, campaigns, destinations, and click data you create on LinkHQ. You grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of operating the service. If you delete an organization, we delete its data on a 30-day grace window — detail in the privacy policy.

No warranties during v1

The service is provided “as is.” We don't commit to a formal SLA during v1. In practice it runs on Cloudflare's edge and has been reliable, but if the service is unavailable and your campaigns are affected, your remedy is to pause those campaigns upstream. We publish no uptime dashboard at this time.

Termination

Either side can end the relationship at any time — you by deleting your organization, us by revoking access. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice unless termination is due to an acceptable-use violation.

Changes

We can change these terms. Material changes get notified by email and by dashboard banner before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
